Home Prices in Salinas, CA are continuing to rise in the first quarter of 2014

Salinas, CA is continuing the increase in the value of single family homes well into the first quarter of 2014, and that trend is expected to continue.  Over all, Salinas, CA experienced a 25% increase. Housing statistic predictors indicate a continue rise of approximately 12% for the next 12 months.



Median Listing Price: $359,670
Median Sold Price: $334,400
Median Price per square foot: $228
Median Days on Market: 28

Over 13% of homes currently listed are Distressed Properties (Foreclosures and Short Sales).
